At The Mancard, we know your time is precious — so we don’t mess about when it comes to getting your gear to you. Here’s the lowdown on how we deliver the goods and what happens if you need to send something back (if you’re even allowed to).
We offer the following delivery options at checkout:
Standard Delivery (2–4 working days):
Sent via Royal Mail or trusted courier partners. Ideal if you’re planning slightly ahead.
Express Delivery (Next Working Day):
For last-minute legends. Orders must be placed before 1PM Monday to Friday.
Saturday Delivery (Optional):
Selected at checkout if you’ve truly left it to the wire.
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Personalised items may take an extra 3-5 days depending on complexity.
We'll always aim to get it out the door ASAP, but we’re not magicians — production times still apply.
We deliver across the UK, including Northern Ireland and the Highlands. Some remote areas might take a smidge longer, but we’ll keep you posted.
We do not ship internationally (yet).
You’ll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. If it’s gone quiet for more than 5 working days, ping us at [email protected].
If no one’s in, our courier will leave a card or email you with redelivery options. If it’s returned to us after multiple failed attempts, we’ll contact you — but you may need to cover redelivery costs.
If an item is out of stock, we may substitute a like-for-like product of equal or greater value. We’ll always aim to match quality, style, and function. Don’t want substitutions? Just let us know at checkout or drop us an email immediately after placing your order.
Due to hygiene and customisation laws, these CANNOT be returned unless faulty:
Cosmetics, skincare, or toiletries
Underwear or lingerie
Sex toys or adult-themed products
Personalised or custom-made items
Once opened or used, they’re yours for good — and no, “I didn’t like the smell” doesn’t count.
If the product isn’t on the no-fly list above, you can return it if:
It’s in original, unused condition
Still in its original packaging
Returned within 14 days of delivery

Returns without contacting us first may not be accepted.
If your order turns up looking like it got drop-kicked by the courier:
Email us within 14 days of receiving it
Include your order number and clear photos of the damage
We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit
Our bad = our problem. We’ll cover return shipping if the fault is ours.
Customer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty
We recommend using a tracked service — we’re not responsible for lost returns
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive the item
